I bought a set of measures specifically for my 1 year 8 months old yorkie to access my bed, asking to be picked up each time. It was disheartening at first when I could not get to use the stairs. She was shy and not used for the first couple of weeks, but after much persuasion and not pick it up again, started to use the steps to get on their own. It was a relief to see her do it first yourself. Now she climbs up and down them every chance he gets. I am please with the steps and would recommend it to others. Rating: 4 / 5

I was and am still very upset with the careless way this product was sent to me and also the fact that after ordering and return and receive a second shipment of this product. . . . both times the pads that go on the steps were not in the package. Both packs were destroyed or ripped in places and the second package was not even sealed. Does not anyone check these before dispatch? I am asking for a refund on this item. I had to travel an hour to find a store that had pet steps. Needless to say, with gas prices these days is an added expense. My dog, who had recently been injured by jumping from a high area and is recovering. I needed these steps and certainly was not happy with the delay in them. Just extremely disappointed and upset. The steps are working hard for our two dogs Weiner. They are a bit steep, but after a couple of tracks from the practice (this is, of course), took them without any problems. They are higher than the steps to collect and more resistant. Thanks for a very good product. Rating: 4 / 5
